At Abodrix, we aim to process and ship orders clearly and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle, ship, and deliver lighting products purchased from our store.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Cut-Off & Processing Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT-05:00), Monday to Friday, will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Our standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and order verification.
Before shipment, products may be checked to confirm the correct item, quantity, and packaging condition.
3. Packaging
Lighting products may include fragile parts such as glass shades, metal frames, bulbs, mounting parts, or decorative components.
Where applicable, items are packed with protective materials to help reduce the risk of damage during transit.
Customers should carefully inspect the package and product after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the item and packaging.
4. Delivery Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery usually takes 3 to 6 business days.
Taking both processing time and delivery time into account, most orders are estimated to arrive within 4 to 9 business days from the date of purchase.
Deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, high shipping volume, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Shipping Fees & Currency
We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States.
All prices and transactions on Abodrix are processed in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout.
If your payment provider uses another currency, exchange rates or additional fees may be applied by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
6. Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Abodrix is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable shipping information provided by the customer.
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can review the issue and assist where possible.
