Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

How long does delivery take?

After dispatch, estimated delivery usually takes 3 to 6 business days. Including processing time, most orders are estimated to arrive within 4 to 9 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Abodrix currently offers free standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal and Venmo at checkout. Available payment options may vary depending on your location, device, and checkout availability.

What currency are prices charged in?

All prices and transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Customers may request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return eligibility requirements.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once the returned item is received and approved after inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
