30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from delivery.

Products must not be returned without first receiving approval and return instructions from Abodrix.

Approved Return Process

The return process is as follows:

Abodrix reviews the return request.
If the return is approved, we provide the applicable return instructions.
Follow the approved instructions for sending the product back. Any applicable shipping or label instructions will be provided as part of that process.
After the returned product is received, it is inspected.
If the return is approved following inspection, the refund is processed according to the timeframe below.

Please do not send returns to our Operating Address unless specifically instructed to do so as part of your approved return instructions.

Return Shipping Cost

Inspection

After an approved returned product is received, Abodrix will inspect it within 1–3 business days after receipt.

Business days are Monday–Friday.

Refunds

After the returned product has been inspected and the refund has been approved, Abodrix will process the refund within 10 business days after inspection and approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Abodrix operates in USD, and orders are transacted in USD.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible products.

To request an exchange, contact info@abodrix.com within the applicable 30-day period from delivery. We will review the request and provide the applicable instructions if the exchange is approved.

Return shipping is free for approved exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Cancellations
