At Abodrix, we want customers to have a clear and fair return experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.

Return & Refund Period

Customers may request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, provided that the item meets the following conditions:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original condition.

All original packaging, manuals, accessories, parts, and labels must be included.

The item must not show signs of installation, use, modification, damage, or missing components.

Lighting products must be returned safely in their original packaging or suitable protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, improper handling, or customer-caused damage may not be eligible for return or refund.

Final-sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Full name

Email address used at checkout

Item name

Reason for return or exchange

Photos or videos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

After reviewing your request, our support team will provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Return Method & Shipping

All approved returns must be sent by mail using the return instructions provided by our support team.

Return shipping costs may depend on the reason for return. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide further assistance after reviewing the issue.

In-person returns or drop-offs are not available at this time.

Inspection & Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return eligibility requirements.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days after inspection.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, card provider, or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we may reject the refund request and notify you by email.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please include the requested replacement details in your email.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable option.

Currency & Refund Value

All refunds are issued in the original transaction currency used at checkout.

Any currency conversion fees, exchange rate differences, or bank charges applied by your payment provider are outside our control.
