Shipping Terms

Abodrix ships within the United States and provides free standard shipping.

Shipping timing is structured as follows:

Business Days: Monday–Friday
Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT-5)
Handling Time: 3 - 7 business days
Transit Time: 7 - 13 business days
Estimated Delivery Time: 10 - 20 business days

The estimated delivery period is not presented as a guaranteed delivery date.

After an order has shipped, tracking information is sent by email with a tracking link.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 30 days from delivery.

Return requests must first be submitted to info@abodrix.com. Abodrix reviews the request and, if approved, provides the applicable return instructions.

Return shipping is free for approved returns and exchanges.

Approved returned products are inspected within 1–3 business days after receipt.

Following inspection and approval, refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval and issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges are available for eligible products.

Abodrix charges no restocking fee.

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Please do not send returns to our Operating Address unless specifically instructed to do so as part of your approved return instructions.
